®, the workforce mobility association, has named Matt Spinolo, executive vice president for global client services at Cartus, as chairman of its Board of Directors, which voted him into office. His one-year term, which places him at the helm of the association’s Executive Committee, begins January 1, 2013.

Spinolo previously served as chairman of Worldwide ERC’s Government Relations Council, chaired the organization’s Finance Committee, and served on the Executive Committee as Vice Chair-Finance of the group’s 2012 Board of Directors.
Spinolo’s 26-year career in the highest levels of business and finance includes 15 years as CEO of Primacy Relocation LLC, which merged with Cartus in 2010.

Spinolo has global responsibility for client services and quality assurance for Cartus, with a focus on retaining and growing client business relationships, developing talent, and formulating the expectations and practices that distinguish Cartus. He also has global responsibility for overseeing the quality assurance group, which has reported record-setting levels of client and customer satisfaction during his tenure.
Prior to joining Primacy, Spinolo spent nine years as a commercial lender and credit officer at a top financial institution. He has served as a National Relocation Conference moderator and is a contributing author to Mobility magazine. His designations include: Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP), Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS), and Tennessee Real Estate Broker. He received a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhodes College. He resides in Memphis, Tenn.
