— Cartus Corporation, a leading provider of global relocation services, along with its client Procter & Gamble (P&G) and IBM, recently received the 2012 Asia Pacific (APAC) Customer Relationship of the Year award from the Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA). The award was presented at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore.
Judges specifically noted the strong strategic direction-setting, team effectiveness, reward and recognition programs and joint business planning, as keys to the companies winning the award, which recognizes the innovative collaboration between the businesses.

The APAC Customer Relationship of the Year award celebrates the partnership between a third-party supplier and a corporation that has demonstrated significant results and contributions to achieve company goals.
The HROA created the award to recognize and promote the association’s vision of improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of outsourcing as part of an overall HR service delivery strategy.
