Cartus Recognized for Relocation Customer Service
There is nothing more important than our clients and the employees they trust us to relocate. And because each one of them is unique, customizing the ways in which we provide service to them is key. We’re extremely proud to have received three awards over the past few months that prove that point: each for outstanding work in the area of customer service.
- For the third consecutive year, we were named by The Boeing Company as a 2015 Performance Excellence Award recipient in recognition of the outstanding customer service we continually provide to its relocation program.
- Microsoft Corp. announced that Cartus was named as Supplier of the Year in its 2016 Microsoft Supplier Program (MSP) Excellence Awards, which recognize superior performance, exemplary service, and innovation. One of the award judges, quoted in their press release, said: "The partnership with Cartus has been instrumental in the success of our program initiatives. Their superior support to the relocations of Microsoft employees is exemplified by their stellar survey results."
- The American Business Awards honored us with a Gold Stevie Award for outstanding customer service and partnership with a key client.
The differences between each of these three clients, the types of transferring employees we move for them, and where we move them to and from is vast. Each company has their own culture, their own business strategy for success, and their own mobility program to support that strategy.
