Realogy and Cartus Three-peat the Swanepoel Power 200 List!
For the third consecutive year, Realogy CEO Richard A. Smith has been named the number-one most powerful person in the U.S. residential real estate business.
The Swanepoel Power 200 list—which yearly names the premier movers and shakers in the U.S. residential real estate business—was just released, and Richard Smith is ranked #1, with Cartus’ Kevin Kelleher at #44. A total of 33 Realogy-affiliated leaders were named to the list, in the following categories:
- 8 the Top 20 Corporate Executives,
- 2 of the Top 20 Power Brokers,
- 5 of the Top 20 Women Leaders,
- 4 of the Top 20 Social Influencers, and
- 1 of the Top 20 Trendsetters
