Realogy Announces Agreement to Create First-ever Real Estate Benefits Program for AARP Members

The Cartus Affinity group has been bustling in recent months, welcoming new brands into their family of Affinity partners.

The latest announcement from Realogy highlights a new real estate benefits program for AARP members that will launch in early 2020.  It will be the first-ever real estate services program designed for the nearly 38 million AARP members.

Whether an AARP member is downsizing because their children have all grown and left home or relocating to be closer to children and grandchildren, the new program will allow members to earn a cashback reward or bonus. To qualify they will need to buy or sell a home with one of Realogy’s trusted residential real estate brands, including Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, Century 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran®, ERA®, and Sotheby’s International Realty®.

Realogy, Cartus, and AARP started exploring options and opportunities a decade ago. There are even discussion notes dating back more than 10 years, which proves the true testament to the persistence of these great organizations, to support this generational group. The highly qualified brokers and agents within the Cartus Broker Network will work diligently to deliver AARP’s mission to empower people to choose how they live as they age.

For more information, read the official press release and stay tuned for further announcements about the program in the coming months.
