Realogy Named One of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies” for Eighth Consecutive Year

Posted by: Katrina Helmkamp, President & CEO of Cartus

For the eighth year in a row, our parent company Realogy has been named by Ethisphere Institute®, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices, as one of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies.” This honor recognizes Realogy’s continuing commitment to leading with integrity and prioritizing ethical business practices.

Why is the World’s Most Ethical Companies List Important?

The World’s Most Ethical Companies designation recognizes organizations that focus on promoting ethical business standards and practices, WME_2019_color.pngmeasure and improve their cultures, are committed to transparency, and prioritize diversity and inclusion. Realogy is one of just 128 companies in the world honored this year, across 21 countries and 50 industries. Realogy—and by extension, Cartus and all of our sister companies—is deeply honored to have our commitment to, and demonstration of, ethical leadership acknowledged in this way.

Commenting on this honor, Ryan Schneider, Realogy chief executive officer and president, said "I am proud that Realogy is included alongside other global leaders who, like us, place great importance on driving positive change within our businesses and our communities. Even more, I am incredibly proud to work with the talented people here at Realogy who every day uphold our values of integrity, excellence and respect as we serve affiliated agents, franchise owners, and business partners."

At Cartus, we know that having employees who adhere to the highest ethical standards is what’s behind every winning corporate culture, and it’s important to our clients and their relocating employees as well. We are proud of our continued commitment to ethics and integrity, and to be part of the Realogy family.
